1. Project management and client communication
 
Whenever an international project starts at Atlantic Link Ukraine. The project is managed either from one of our local offices or via our client portal or through the normal channels such Internet messages or telephone. For any projects under initiation, a team and Project manager are assigned the project that comprises team members that will be involved in the production and client communication. We designate a single point of contact for all client communication. He/she is supported by another Project Manager who takes charge of production and also communication with the client in case of a period of absence on the part of the Project Director.
 
2. Project Progress Reports
 
Every Project is assigned a space in our Share Point™ project management system and the client is given Exclusive log ins so they can view the project status real time.
 
• Tasks undertaken in the previous month
• Real time projects status
• Any deviations of project specifications from those originally proposed
• Comments problem areas along with proposed suggestions
• List of queries waiting for client response
• Estimated completion and delivery dates of project modules or any deviations thereof are also mentioned
• Billing and payment status
 
 3. Documentation
 
Each project has a set of milestones and deliverables associated with these milestones, the responsibility is shared at both ends that include the client as well as the project development team. These milestones are set at the beginning of any project execution so that there is a well defined and clear process of how we will work and project communication. Each and every milestone achieved is documented and the client has full access via the portal at any point. Quality parameters and acceptance criteria are also decided and documented for the various deliverables and phases of the project. Parameters for fault rectification and rework are also clearly established.
